Chassis Welding Machine

The Chassis Welding Machine is designed especially for longitudinal seam welding of irregular beams and features dual welding heads and high-precision automation capabilities. It ensures high efficiency and quality with automatic control systems and hydraulic supports.

Chassis Welding Machine

The Gantry Welding Machine is used for longitudinal seam welding and operates with dual welding heads simultaneously. It is particularly useful for welding irregular beams. This machine is widely used in the vehicle industry and in the production of H-shaped steel structures and overhead cranes.
The gantry welding machine uses advanced PLC programming technology that can control the welding length and the speed of the dual torches. The pneumatically controlled roller tracking system enables the torches to weld beams tilted up to 30 degrees horizontally without operator intervention. In addition, it features an assembly table with hydraulic cylinders to prevent damage caused by high temperatures during welding.
It also includes a Tack Welding Bridge with two hydraulic cylinders for optimal assembly before welding. This system provides stable welding quality, ease of use, and high-efficiency serial production.
