Self-Adjusting Rotators

Self-adjusting rotators automatically adjust their roller beds to accommodate all tank diameters within specified diameter ranges. These types of rotators are designed to handle varying tank diameters from one job to another. The roller beds, hinged to the support frames, automatically open and close when large-diameter tanks are loaded. As in the conventional type, the motor-reducer drive is applied to both roller sets in the drive unit, providing better grip on the tank.

Depending on the tank length, additional idle roller sets are recommended for workpieces longer than 10–15 meters.
