The Conventional Rotator is an industrial device composed of driven and idle units that enables the rotation of pipes and cylindrical parts during welding operations. Its diameter can be adjusted manually, and it can be equipped with optional additional features.
Conventional Rotator
Conventional welding rotators consist of a driven unit and an idle unit.
Additional idle units can be added according to pipe length or customer preferences.
The fixed centerline design is an effective method to adjust the rollers’ center position and ensure consistent alignment.
The diameter adjustment between the two rollers is done manually using a drag-clamp method, providing practicality, low maintenance requirements, and user-friendly operation.
