Teknotork’s corner welding machines provide high precision and full automation for joining sheet metal parts at 90-degree angles. They enhance consistency in welding operations, minimize errors, increase production efficiency, reduce labor costs, and deliver results at high-quality standards.
The corner welding machine is designed to produce various box lengths, sizes, thicknesses, and alloys. It operates automatically to provide smoother, full-penetration, and aesthetically precise weld seams with minimal labor costs.
Adopting PLC programming logic, the Corner Welding Machine is offered as standard with the capability to save at least 20 different recipes, considering users who work with multiple parts of different sizes. Optional features and programmable welding control provide unique capabilities for the welding process.
