Teknotork’s column boom welding machine systems facilitate automatic welding on large components by enabling precise vertical and horizontal movement of the welding torch. Compatible with various welding heads, they enhance weld quality while providing flexibility, safety, and efficiency in industrial production.
Column Boom Welding Machine Systems (Welding Manipulators) are specially designed to increase productivity and achieve high-quality standards. These systems provide ideal solutions, especially when used with a rotator set or positioner for the serial production of large workpieces.
All Column Boom Welding Machine systems are equipped with passive safety features such as an automatic lock, gear motor brake, and safety chains that engage in the event of a power interruption.
Column Boom Welding Machine systems can operate compatibly with additional features such as a motorized base, 270° rotating column, slides for X-Y axis movement, flux recovery systems, and seam tracking systems.
