The L-Type Positioner provides easy positioning for welding, assembly, and handling operations. With its three-axis adjustable movement capability and adjustable speed options, it offers efficient and precise operation.
L-Type Positioner
L-type welding positioners are designed to provide optimum positioning for a wide range of applications such as welding, handling, and assembly. Positioning can be performed on three independent axes.
Using electric drives, the tilt axes of the L-shaped arm and the horizontal axis of the table can be adjusted clockwise and counterclockwise on a radial bearing. An electrically driven ball screw is used to lift the L-shaped arm, while hydraulic systems are preferred for heavier models.
