Sleeve Welding Machine

Sleeve welding machines are designed for high-efficiency welding of circular components. A single torch mounted on the machine body covers both small and large surface areas. The torch can rotate up to 370° around the nozzle and offers multiple features such as start-stop delay, overlapping welds, and concave workpiece tracking.

The cabinet moves vertically automatically before and after each welding operation, minimizing the risk of workplace accidents caused by welding sparks.

These machines are also referred to as fitting welders, circle welders, header welders, nozzle welders, sleeve welders, or port welders.
